Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, effectively pitching products and services tailored to their needs, ensuring a personalized customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of conversations and transactions in the CRM system to track progress and follow up on leads efficiently.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by utilizing persuasive communication techniques and strategic questioning to close deals.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the product offerings, industry trends, and competitor activities to position the company effectively.
Desired Candidate Profile
Secondary school and above. Interns and University students welcome.
No experience years of experience in telesales or a related field, demonstrating a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Remote working/ full time or part-time available
Experience in the technology or software industry is highly desirable, reflecting familiarity with complex products and solutions.
