Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, effectively presenting product features and benefits to drive sales.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track interactions, and analyze customer data for targeted outreach.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the product line to answer customer queries and overcome objections.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets by employing persuasive communication techniques and strategic follow-ups.
  • Build rapport with clients, fostering long-term relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align promotional campaigns with sales strategies and customer needs.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts to provide insights into performance trends and opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to identify new leads and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Train and mentor new telesales team members to enhance overall team performance and sales effectiveness.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to refine sales techniques and stay informed about new product developments.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred for a solid foundation in sales principles.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in telesales or a similar role to demonstrate a proven track record of success.
  • Industry-specific experience in telecommunications, finance, or software sales is highly advantageous.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, with additional language skills in Spanish or French considered a significant asset.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess sales data and make informed decisions that drive results.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with diverse clientele.
  • Resilience and a positive attitude to navigate challenges in a high-pressure sales environment.
