Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Craft a diverse and authentic Arabic menu for Iftar and Suhoor, catering to varying dietary needs and preferences.
- Manage all aspects of food preparation, including sourcing high-quality ingredients, ensuring freshness, and minimizing waste.
- Lead and supervise kitchen staff, providing clear instructions and maintaining a harmonious and efficient working environment.
- Maintain strict adherence to hygiene and sanitation standards, complying with all relevant food safety regulations.
- Prepare and present dishes with precision and artistry, ensuring an appealing visual presentation.
- Monitor food costs and implement strategies to control expenses without compromising quality.
- Adapt recipes and menus based on guest feedback and seasonal availability of ingredients.
- Plan and execute meal schedules, coordinating with service staff to ensure timely food delivery.
- Estimate food consumption and order supplies accordingly, managing inventory levels effectively.
- Provide culinary expertise and guidance to the team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.

- Must have in-depth knowledge of authentic Arabic cuisine, including regional specialties and traditional cooking techniques.
