Roles & Responsibilities

Prepare estimations, cost analyses, and tender submissions.

Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

Coordinate technical submittals, quantity surveying, and purchase orders.

Follow up with clients, consultants, suppliers, and procurement teams.

Conduct site inspections, monitor progress, and report technical issues.

Supervise site activities, labor, and material allocation to ensure timely execution.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s Degree in Engineering or Architecture.

5 6 years of experience in tendering, estimation, and shop drawings.

Advanced AutoCAD proficiency is mandatory.

Strong MS Office skills.

Fluent in English and French.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
