What you ll do

• Become a power user of the platform and understand how real traders use it

• Own the knowledge base: concepts, feature explainers, how it works, and read-before-you-use guides

• Build simple, structured learning paths that take users from beginner to confident strategy builder

• Write clear release notes and in-app help that explain why a feature matters

• Turn insights from product, engineering, and trading educators into sharp documentation

• Use analytics to decide what to create, refine, or retire

• Continuously improve content based on community questions and product updates

In your first 90 days, you might interview trading educators, rebuild the Getting Started journey for strategy setup, and ship guides that reduce common support questions.
