Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Training Needs Analysis:
Identify and assess organizational and individual training requirements in coordination with the Operations and QHSE teams to ensure competency development across all staff levels.

Training Program Development:
Design, develop, and regularly update training content and materials that align with current industry standards and internal policies, including BICSc, CMI/ISSA, induction, intensive training, and soft skills modules.

Training Delivery & Coordination:
Plan, organize, and deliver engaging training sessions both in-class and on-site. Coordinate with external training providers and institutions as needed to enhance training offerings.

Monitoring & Evaluation:
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback analysis, and performance tracking to ensure knowledge retention and on-the-job application.

Compliance & Documentation:
Maintain comprehensive and accurate training records. Ensure all staff certifications are current and comply with audit, regulatory, and legal requirements.

Staff Development & Coaching:
Provide mentorship, coaching, and support to trainers, supervisors, and staff. Facilitate continuous professional development and career growth through structured learning pathways.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement:
Prepare monthly training reports and training effectiveness analyses. Identify gaps, recommend improvements, and contribute to strategic workforce development initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in training and development, preferably within facilities management
