The Training Manager will promote the company s practices and standards by inducting new and existing staff and providing them with the necessary training to perform their roles effectively. The Training Manager will work in coordination with Operations and T&C to identify gaps and training needs, build talent, and advance employees skills and knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage training programs for store and management teams.
• Conduct onboarding and orientation programs for new hires, ensuring alignment with company standards and culture.
• Prepare training materials, manuals, and maintain an annual training calendar.
• Assess training needs regularly and identify skill or knowledge gaps across teams.
• Focus on key operational and performance challenges and improve training methods accordingly.
• Deliver in-house training programs to address skills gaps and improve job performance.
• Support the continuous development of all store team members, including supervisors and managers.
• Coordinate external training programs when required.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
• Build and maintain relationships with external training providers and institutions.
