Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver and coordinate induction programs for new hires
- Support onboarding activities to ensure smooth employee integration
- Assist in delivering internal training sessions and workshops
- Prepare training materials, presentations, and reports
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and trainers
- Track training attendance, feedback, and effectiveness
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1 3 years of experience in training or learning & development
- Experience in conducting induction / onboarding programs
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
