Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The Transportation Attendant is responsible for coordinating and assisting with the safe, timely, and efficient movement of guests, team members, and luggage throughout the resort.

This role supports shuttle operations, valet services, and guest arrivals and departures, ensuring a seamless and luxurious transportation experience. The Transportation Attendant plays a key role in upholding Wynn s service standards, safety protocols, and operational excellence.

  • Greet guests with professionalism and warmth upon arrival and departure
  • Assist with luggage handling, loading/unloading vehicles, and escorting guests to designated areas
  • Provide accurate information about resort amenities, transportation schedules, and local attractions
  • Coordinate with shuttle drivers, valet, and bell services to ensure timely guest movement
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve minor concerns with courtesy and discretion
  • Monitor shuttle schedules and communicate with drivers to ensure efficient routing
  • Assist with managing guest queues and boarding processes during peak periods
  • Support special transportation needs, including VIP arrivals, group transfers, and accessibility accommodations
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe loading zone and guest waiting areas
  • Safety and Compliance
  • Follow all safety protocols and resort transportation procedures
  • Report any incidents, delays, or guest concerns to the Transportation Supervisor
  • Ensure proper handling of guest belongings and always maintain confidentiality
  • Assist in emergency response procedures as trained
  • Team Communication and Conduct
  • Participate in departmental briefings and training sessions
  • Maintain professional appearance and behavior in accordance with Wynn s grooming and conduct standards

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 1 2 years of experience in guest services, transportation, or hospitality preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-first mindset
  • Ability to lift and transport luggage and stand for extended periods
  • Knowledge of resort layout, local area, and transportation logistics
  • High level of integrity, reliability, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and shifts based on business demand
