Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate transportation operations – Ensure timely pickup, delivery, and distribution of goods.
  • Manage fleet operations – Oversee company vehicles, drivers, and maintenance schedules.
  • Optimize routes and schedules – Reduce costs and improve delivery efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance – Follow government regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
  • Monitor budgets – Control transportation costs, fuel usage, and expenses.
  • Supervise drivers & staff – Recruit, train, and manage transportation team members.
  • Maintain records – Keep accurate logs of vehicle inspections, maintenance, and shipments.
  • Ensure safety & security – Implement safety protocols for vehicles, drivers, and cargo.
  • Handle client coordination – Ensure smooth communication with clients for delivery status and service quality.
