Roles & Responsibilities

  • Accurately transcribe audio or handwritten documents into digital text, ensuring precision and attention to detail to maintain the integrity of the original content.
  • Efficiently type a high volume of text with speed and accuracy, meeting or exceeding established typing speed benchmarks to support project timelines.
  • Proofread and edit typed documents for grammatical errors, spelling mistakes, and punctuation inconsistencies, maintaining a high standard of written communication.
  • Format documents according to specific guidelines and style guides, ensuring consistency and professional presentation of all typed materials.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a high school diploma or equivalent, providing a foundational level of education.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in typing with a minimum speed of 60 words per minute, showcasing essential technical skills.
