Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Receive, verify, and process client visa applications and letter requests

  2. Enter and update relevant data accurately in the system (Oracle)

  3. Update service requests (SR) to enable clients to track visa status

  4. Review companies’ Workmen Compensation policies and issue NOCs accordingly

  5. Coordinate with internal departments (Finance, Legal Registration & Licensing, IT, HR, Security)

  6. Liaise with other government departments when required

  7. Perform additional tasks assigned by the Supervisor/Manager

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2–5 years’ experience in visa processing, PRO services, government applications, or free zone operations

  • Experience handling immigration documentation, NOCs, and regulatory submissions

  • Familiarity with government portals and internal systems (e.g., Oracle or similar ERP systems)

  • Compliance & Attention to Detail

  • Communication & Coordination
