Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for an Emirati Senior Manager – Service Management to lead end-to-end service delivery for a high-profile government account within a large telecom managed services environment. This is a leadership role, not an operational support position. You will own service governance, customer experience, and continuous improvement across IT, network, and digital education services. What you’ll be responsible for :
Act as the single point of accountability for service delivery and customer engagement
Govern SLAs, KPIs, incidents, and service improvement initiatives.
Lead cross-functional teams (Service Desk, NOC, SOC, Field Services, suppliers)
Partner closely with senior customer stakeholders and internal leadership
Drive service stability, risk management, and operational excellence
