Key responsibilities
Discover micro & nano influencers and content-savvy guests across Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat and other platforms.
Build and maintain a structured creator/UGC database tagged by:
location & nearest outlet
platform & follower bracket
content style and aesthetic
audience profile and language
status (invited, confirmed, visited, posted, top performer, etc.)
Qualify creators and regular users based on engagement, brand fit, aesthetic and authenticity.
Send outreach messages/DMs to invite creators and guests for:
product tastings
new menu previews
store openings and special events
“come try it on us” experiences
Coordinate visits with store teams: timing, table bookings, tasting sets, and any simple in-store “moments” that help them capture good content.
Prepare light guidelines for visitors (key talking points, tags, handles, hashtags, disclosure requirements) while keeping their content authentic.
Track all deliverables: who visited, what they posted, links, views, saves, engagement and sentiments.
Curate the best-performing posts and pass them to the marketing team for reposting, ads, newsletters and in-store screens (with proper permissions).
Regularly review the database to re-engage top creators and superfans.
Support the marketing team with small paid collaborations when needed (briefs, basic agreements, tracking).
Share weekly & monthly reports on:
number of invites / visits
content posted
performance highlights
learnings and next steps.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, PR, community management or a similar role (strong internships/freelance also considered).
Deep familiarity with Instagram & TikTok culture and trends in the UAE.
Strong communication skills for writing friendly, on-brand DMs, emails and briefs.
Highly organized and comfortable working with spreadsheets/Notion/Airtable to keep a very clean database.
Relationship-driven mindset: you enjoy talking to people and building long-term connections.
Attention to detail around brand fit, disclosure and simple guidelines.
Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
Based in the UAE (preferably Abu Dhabi) with flexibility to occasionally visit stores during activations.
Nice to have
Experience in F&B, lifestyle or fashion/beauty brands.
Basic skills in Canva/CapCut or similar tools for light editing of content for reposting.
Understanding of performance metrics (views, reach, engagement, saves, CTR).
