Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Product UI/UX Design: Designing new features, complex analytical dashboards, and data visualizations for Tolmete. Your job is to make the complex look effortlessly simple.
Design System Evolution: Partnering with me to scale and maintain our Figma design system, ensuring our dev team can ship high-quality UI at lightning speed.
Product Marketing Assets: Collaboration with our growth lead. You ll own the design of high-converting landing pages, interactive ROI calculator UIs, and premium product screenshots that showcase Tolmete s true value.
User-Centric Iteration: Participating in lightweight UX research, analyzing user feedback, and rapidly iterating on designs based on real data, not just assumptions.
Desired Candidate Profile
What we re looking for:br> - 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, ideally within B2B SaaS, fintech, or complex data-heavy platforms.br> - A portfolio of real, shipped work. We care about solved user problems and logical user flows, not just flashy, non-functional Dribbble concepts.br> - Figma Mastery: Components, auto-layouts, variables, and tokens are second nature to you. You hand over clean, pixel-perfect files that developers love to work with.br> - An eye for B2B SaaS aesthetics: Clean, premium, and trustworthy design. We avoid generic crypto/AI neon trends; we design for business maturity.br> - Self-directed & proactive mindset: We operate in a highly asynchronous culture (Linear, Notion) with zero micromanagement. You don t wait for a rigid brief you ask the right questions and propose solutions.br> - Fast iteration mindset: We ship weekly, not monthly. You are comfortable getting feedback early and adapting quickly.
