Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are currently seeking an experienced and talented UI/UX Designer to join our creative team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge designs for our clients. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating and optimizing engaging, user-friendly, and responsive web and mobile designs. You will work closely with our development and design teams to deliver seamless digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • UI/UX Design: Develop wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups for web and mobile applications.
  • Design Tools: Utilize industry-standard design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, and Adobe suite applications to create compelling design solutions.
  • HTML/CSS Knowledge: MUST apply your expertise in HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap, SASS, Javascript, Tailwind, and other front-end technologies to ensure designs are implemented with precision.
  • Responsive Design: Ensure all designs are responsive and adaptive across multiple screen sizes and devices, including mobile and tablet.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with developers and testing teams to ensure seamless integration of designs into the final product.
  • Cross-Browser Compatibility: Ensure designs are functional across different browsers, platforms, and devices.
  • Prototyping & Testing: Create interactive prototypes and conduct usability testing to refine user experiences.
  • Design Trends & Principles: Stay updated on the latest design trends, principles, and best practices to maintain a modern and innovative design approach.
  • Time Management: Effectively manage time to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem Solving & Innovation: Actively participate in brainstorming sessions, offering creative solutions and ideas for ongoing improvements.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3-7 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a portfolio demonstrating relevant experience and skills.
  • Expertise in design tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD, Figma, and Invision.
  • Solid front-end knowledge, with experience in HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, SASS, Javascript, and Tailwind.
  • MUST have experience in creating responsive and adaptive designs.
  • Strong knowledge of cross-browser, cross-device, and cross-platform development.
  • Excellent UI design skills with a keen eye for color theory, typography, and layout standards.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in UI/UX design and user-centered design solutions.
  • Familiarity with agile design processes and working in a collaborative team environment.
  • Strong communication skills to work with cross-functional teams and understand user needs.
  • Ability to think critically, problem-solve, and implement innovative design solutions.
