Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead the unit's marketing team, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and innovation.
- Analyze local market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities and threats.
- Manage and optimize marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Oversee the creation and implementation of impactful marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and local partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including unit management, sales teams, and external vendors.
- Monitor and report on marketing performance, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications, adhering to corporate guidelines.
- Drive customer acquisition and retention initiatives through targeted marketing programs and promotions.
- Stay abreast of the latest marketing trends and technologies, proactively identifying and implementing new strategies.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 7 years of progressive marketing experience from jewellery industry, demonstrating a proven track record of success in a similar role.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns, showcasing creativity and strategic thinking.
- Strong analytical skills, enabling data-driven decision-making and performance optimization.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities, fostering a high-performing and motivated team.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, SEO/SEM, and email marketing.
