Upholstery Manager MFIT Interior Decoration LLC

Are you an experienced Fit-Out Estimator (2-6 years of experience) with expertise in construction and interior fit-out projects in the UAE. We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team and contribute to the success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and quotations for various fit-out projects.

• Accurately measure and calculate the cost of materials required for the scope of work.

• Provide analysis and estimates for fit-out works.

• Demonstrate market knowledge regarding materials sourcing, pricing, and supplier options.

• Maintain awareness of key brands, product types, and suppliers within the industry.

• Possess a basic understanding of MEP systems and integrate this knowledge into the estimation process.

• Ensure thorough documentation and record-keeping of all estimates, bids, and project-related information.

Desired Skills & Qualification:

• Good Negotiation and Communication Skills

• Proficiency in computer skills including AutoCAD, MS Office, MS Excel, and ERP Software.

• Strong understanding of interior works and joinery related techniques.

• Knowledge of upholstery estimation would be considered an added advantage.
