UX Researcher

We re looking for a strong>UX Researcher/strong> to join the Tribute team a fast-growing product at the intersection of creator economy, fintech, and social platforms.

In this role, you ll help us deeply understand our creators and their audiences: their motivations, behaviors, pain points, and monetization needs. This is a high-impact role where research directly shapes product strategy, international expansion, and long-term growth.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct end-to-end UX research across the Tribute product, focusing on creator onboarding, activation, retention, and monetization flows.
• Analyze usability, user flows, and feature sets of monetization tools / platforms
• Perform usability studies, heuristic evaluations, and funnel analysis to identify friction points and growth opportunities.
• Research creator and audience behavior to uncover motivations, pain points, and unmet needs across different markets.
• Partner closely with Product, Design, Marketing, and Data teams to translate insights into product improvements and strategic initiatives.
• Support international expansion by conducting market and user research in new regions.
• Synthesize findings into clear, actionable recommendations and present them to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Continuously monitor trends in the creator economy, social commerce, and Telegram ecosystem to identify emerging opportunities.
