Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The Van Salesman / Sales Driver will be responsible for daily sales, distribution, and delivery of bottled water products to assigned customers within a designated route in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily van sales operations within the assigned route
Visit existing customers and generate new sales through direct customer interaction
Deliver bottled water products to restaurants, cafés, offices, gyms, and retail shops
Load and unload products safely (cartons and water bottles)
Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and responsibly
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Maintain good relationships with customers and ensure high service standards
Monitor stock levels in the vehicle and ensure proper inventory control
Report daily sales, collections, and customer feedback to management
Ensure the company vehicle is kept clean, safe, and in good condition
Follow company policies, route plans, and UAE traffic regulations at all times
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Van Salesman / Sales Driver in the Water or FMCG industry
Holds a valid UAE driving license (manual preferred)
Proven experience in route sales, deliveries, and cash handling
Familiar with Dubai roads, routes, and customer locations
Physically fit and able to load and unload cartons and water bottles
Strong communication and customer service skills
Target-oriented with the ability to achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Honest, reliable, and well-organized
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Willing to work long hours on the field when required
