Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
▪ Take inbound calls to potential and existing customers and new customers for investments.
▪ Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
▪ Maintain detailed records of calls, feedback, and follow-ups in Excel or CRM systems.
▪ Achieve daily and weekly calling targets as defined by the management.
▪ Identify customer needs and suggest suitable solutions.
▪ Follow up with prospects and ensure successful lead conversions.
▪ Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to improve customer acquisition strategies.
▪ Ensure excellent customer satisfaction through prompt and clear communication.
▪ Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in customer and company data.
Desired Candidate Profile
▪ Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office Suite.
▪ Basic knowledge of CRM tools and call management software.
▪ Strong communication skills in Hindi and English (mandatory); other languages are an advantage.
▪ Good telephone etiquette and persuasive speaking ability.
▪ Knowledge on Venture Capitalism is plus.
▪ Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
▪ 1–3 years of experience in tele calling, tele sales, or customer service
