Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and own the strategy for Working Capital and Real Estate Lending products.
Define and execute product roadmap to drive portfolio growth and profitability.
Conduct regular portfolio reviews to monitor performance and pricing effectiveness.
Identify new product opportunities and digital enablement initiatives.
Collaborate with Digital Banking, Credit, Risk, Operations, and Compliance teams for product launches.
Leverage data and customer insights for innovation and differentiation.
Manage P&L for working capital & real estate portfolios.
Develop annual product plans, pricing strategies, and performance targets.
Track product performance and implement corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal risk policies.
Maintain sound portfolio quality and prudent underwriting standards.
Lead a team of Product Managers and Analysts.
Represent product agenda in cross-functional forums and governance committees.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 10 years of banking or financial services experience, with at least 5 7 years in product management.
Bachelor s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
Strong understanding of SME banking ecosystem and credit programs.
Proven ability to manage product lifecycle and deliver innovative solutions.
Leadership experience with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
