Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and lead communications strategies for the organisation, advising the CEO and executive leadership on messaging, reputation, and market positioning

Shape and manage corporate messaging for investors, media, and key stakeholders

Oversee creation of executive content, thought leadership, and digital communications

Build and maintain relationships with regional and international media, analysts, and industry influencers

Lead digital communications, including social media, thought leadership, and website content, ensuring consistency with strategic objectives

Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing communications team, fostering creativity, alignment, and accountability

Desired Candidate Profile

Senior-level experience in communications, ideally in proptech, fintech, or other technology-driven sectors

Track record in startup or scale-up environments managing high-visibility communications and complex stakeholder engagement

Strategic thinker with strong media relations, digital communications, and stakeholder management skills

Global mindset, comfortable operating across multiple geographies and cultures

Bachelor s in Communications, PR, Marketing, or related field; postgraduate qualifications advantageous

English required; Arabic highly desirable
