Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic VP of Sales to lead our Dubai sales team. You will be responsible for defining and executing sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and managing a high-performing team to achieve ambitious targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company goals.
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to maximize performance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, developers, and partners.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
Ensure seamless coordination between sales, marketing, and operations teams.
Drive business growth while maintaining a high standard of client satisfaction.
