Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Relations:
Ensure personalized and exceptional service for VVIP guests.
Anticipate guest needs and preferences; maintain confidentiality and discretion.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and feedback promptly and professionally.
Villa Operations:
Oversee daily operations, including housekeeping, maintenance, F&B service, and concierge.
Ensure all facilities, amenities, and systems are in excellent working condition.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely services and supplies.
Team Management:
Recruit, train, and supervise villa staff, ensuring adherence to luxury service standards.
Conduct performance appraisals and provide ongoing guidance and motivation.
Prepare duty rosters, monitor staff performance, and ensure staff discipline.
Budgeting and Administration:
Manage villa budgets, control expenses, and maintain financial records.
Prepare operational reports and update management on villa performance.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations.
Special Arrangements & Events:
Plan and coordinate special events, private functions, and personalized guest experiences.
Collaborate with chefs, F&B, and other departments for customized services.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury villa management, hotel management, or private estate management.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Discretion, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity.
Knowledge of luxury service standards and hospitality software.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
