Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Greet and serve VIP customers promptly and courteously.
  • Take orders and deliver food accurately and on time.
  • Ensure professional, high-standard service to exceed guest expectations.
  • Follow brand service sequence and maintain strong menu knowledge for suggestive selling.
  • Ensure food quality, consistency, cleanliness, and hygiene at all times.
  • Set up and close down tables within the section.
  • Coordinate with cashier for accurate billing and handle tips properly.
  • Attend departmental briefings and support teamwork.
