Roles & Responsibilities

I’m looking for someone very organized and trustworthy to help me get my Google Drive in order. I already have everything created — documents, spreadsheets, and folders — but it’s gotten hard to find things. The job is to transfer all my remaining files from my computer and phone into Google Drive, clean it up, and make sure everything is stored properly using my existing folder structure (or improving it where needed). I’d also like an index created in Notion so I can quickly find any file or folder without searching through everything manually. Some files can be deleted if they’re empty or no longer needed. I’m dealing with a few hundred files, and they include sensitive information, so confidentiality and care are very important. Responsibilities • Transfer all documents from computer and phone into Google Drive • Organize files and folders using (or improving) my current structure • Identify and delete duplicate, empty, or outdated files • Create a searchable index in Notion linked to Google Drive • Suggest improvements to help me easily find and manage files • Handle all data with complete confidentiality ⸻ Requirements • Strong experience organizing Google Drive or cloud-based file systems • Comfortable using Notion for lists, databases, or linking to files • Excellent attention to detail and consistency • Reliable, trustworthy, and good communicator • Able to work independently with minimal supervision ⸻ Project Details • Around a few hundred files to review, organize, and document • No automation tools required (everything manual and straightforward) • Short-term project, with the possibility of ongoing help later for maintenance Data Entry Google Docs Google Workspace Notion
