Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Take detailed food and drink orders accurately, utilizing menu knowledge to provide recommendations.
• Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring the presentation meets the restaurant’s standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal, addressing any concerns or special requests promptly.

Desired Candidate Profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality training is a plus.
• 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment preferred.
• Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in a second language is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to engage and connect with diverse clientele.
