Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and guide them to their tables.

  • Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations when asked.
  • Take accurate food and drink orders and coordinate with the cashier to generate the KOT and enter details into the POS system.
  • Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations.
  • Handle guest payments and issue receipts.
  • Follow all food safety and hygiene guidelines.
  • Work closely with the kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth operations.

    Requirements
  • Strong communication and people skills.
  • Friendly, polite, and positive attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
  • Basic math skills for handling payments.
  • Previous restaurant or customer-service experience is a plus but not required.
  • Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
