Duties & Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.


Take and serve food & Beverage orders promptly and accurately.


Present and promote daily specials and upsell menu items.


Ensure tables, service areas, and equipment are clean and well-prepared.


Maintain professional grooming and personal presentation standards .


Assist with beverage service, including preparing cocktails, coffee, and tea.

Handle payments and billing with accuracy.


Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve any complaints effectively.


Support team members to maintain smooth and efficient service.


Requirements:


Previous experience in food & beverage or customer service preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong attention to details and ability to multitask in a fast paced environment .

Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Basic knowledge of beverages and food service standards (barista or cocktail skills are a plus).

Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Team-oriented with a guest-focused mindset.
