Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Deliver food and beverages efficiently, ensuring accuracy in order placement and presentation to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, setting and clearing tables promptly to uphold the restaurant's standards of cleanliness.
  • Process payments accurately using the POS system, ensuring guests receive correct bills and handling cash responsibly.
  • Stay updated on menu items, daily specials, and wine pairings to confidently answer guest inquiries and suggest pairings.
  • Manage multiple tables simultaneously while maintaining a positive attitude and composure during busy shifts.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and address any concerns or special dietary requirements.
  • Uphold the restaurant's policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations, to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant coursework in hospitality or food service can be an advantage.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus, enabling better communication with a diverse clientele.
  • A proactive, team-oriented attitude, contributing to a collaborative work environment and aiding in overall service quality.
