Trump International, Dubai is a luxury golf club in the heart of Dubai’s DAMAC Hills. The club features an 18-hole Championship Standard Course, a 9-hole floodlit par 3 course and a variety of world-class amenities that cater to every member of the family.
Trump International Golf Club is looking for Waiter/Waitress to join their dynamic team.
Job Description
A waitress' job description involves greeting guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, ensuring customer satisfaction, and handling payments. They also maintain a clean and organized dining area and may be responsible for tasks like setting tables or restocking supplies.
Job Responsibilities
Customer Service: Greet guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, address customer concerns, and ensure a positive dining experience.
Order Taking and Service: Accurately record orders, relay them to the kitchen, and ensure food and drinks are served promptly and correctly.
Table Management: Set tables, clear used dishes, maintain cleanliness, and arrange tables for the next guests.
Payment Handling: Process payments (cash, credit cards), deliver checks, and provide accurate change.
Communication: Interact with customers, kitchen staff, and other waitstaff to ensure smooth operations and a positive dining environment.
Other Tasks: May include stocking supplies, assisting with inventory, or helping with closing duties like cleaning and restocking.
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven work experience as a Waiter or Waitress
Hands-on experience with cash register and ordering information system (e.g. Revel POS or Toast POS)
Basic math skills
Attentiveness and patience for customers
Excellent presentation skills
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
Active listening and effective communication skills
Team spirit
Flexibility to work in shifts
High school diploma; food safety training is a plus
