Roles & Responsibilities

Telesales Executives work in a call center environment, handling inbound and outbound calls to promote and sell the company’s products and services. The role involves engaging with customers, explaining offerings, and generating leads for sales and activations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • ·Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.

  • ·Effective communication and listening skills.

  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone.

  • Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems.

  • Motivated, team player & target-oriented.

  • Telecom experience is a plus.

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent

  • 1-2 years of similar experience

  • Preferred work location-Dubai

  • Ready to join
