Roles & Responsibilities
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of clients engaged in Stock Market, Forex, and CFD Trading. The ideal candidate will be responsible for client acquisition, relationship management, trading support, and revenue growth while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities: • Acquire and onboard new clients for Stock Market, Forex, and CFD trading platforms • Manage and grow existing client relationships to increase trading volumes and retention • Provide clients with platform guidance, market insights, and trading support • Understand client investment objectives and recommend suitable trading solutions • Act as a primary point of contact for high-net-worth and active traders • Educate clients on trading products, margin policies, leverage, and risk management • Coordinate with dealing, support, and compliance teams for smooth client operations • Monitor client trading activity and proactively engage to improve performance and loyalty • Ensure adherence to KYC, AML, and regulatory guidelines • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and client acquisition targets • Handle client queries, escalations, and complaints professionally
Desired Candidate Profile
Required Skills & Competencies: • Strong knowledge of Forex, CFDs, Equity Markets, Commodities, Indices, and Cryptos • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills • Sales-driven mindset with strong closing abilities • Ability to understand trading behavior and client psychology • Familiarity with trading platforms such as MT4/MT5, cTrader, or proprietary platforms • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Qualifications & Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field • 2–6 years of experience as a Relationship Manager, Sales Executive, or Dealer in: o Stock Broking Firms o Forex & CFD Trading Companies • UAE market experience is an advantage • Existing client base is a plus
Preferred (Good to Have): • NISM / NCFM / CISI / SCA certifications • Multilingual skills (English mandatory; Arabic/Hindi an advantage) • Experience handling HNI and institutional clients
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): • Client acquisition and retention • Trading volume and revenue generation • Client satisfaction and engagement • Compliance adherence
