Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Warehouse Coordinator – Operations to support and manage day-to-day warehouse activities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in supply chain, distribution, and logistics, with a strong ability to use systems, data, and technology to improve operational efficiency and accuracy.
Desired Candidate Profile
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch (Furniture Department).
- Ensure optimal space utilization and high inventory accuracy.
- Monitor inventory through WMS and supply chain portals.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Support process improvements through data analysis and technology adoption.
- Generate operational and inventory reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
- Support team supervision, productivity, and safety adherence.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (MBA in Supply Chain preferred).
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations (furniture or similar industry preferred).
- Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, distribution, and logistics.
- Experience with WMS, ERP systems, and inventory management tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Technical Skills
Must Have:
- Supply chain portals & Warehouse Management Systems
- Advanced Excel and MS Office
Preferred:
- Warehouse MIS & Reporting
- Power BI, Power Query, Python
