A confidential company in Baada is hiring a warehouse Manager.


Summary: Monitoring the movement of equipment in and out of the company. Maintaining records related to equipment branch management. Conducting annual inventory of equipment.


Responsibilities:

- Supervise and organize warehouses

- Conduct annual inventory and report to Purchasing and Logistics Manager

- Receive equipment and uniforms from suppliers, coordinate with Purchasing and Logistics Manager, and store them properly

- Deliver equipment to centers, update records, and retrieve equipment from centers when contracts end

- Distribute uniforms to staff

- Respond to electrical alarms, handle technical issues in absence of technical staff

- Prepare monthly reports for Ministry of Interior on company-owned weapons and wireless devices

- Coordinate with Purchasing and Logistics Manager on procurement, safety, and inventory management

- Ensure compliance with quality management and security operations systems


Authority:

- Access company departments and centers for inventory and equipment checks

- Manage company weapons and licenses, distribute to centers and personnel as needed
