• Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues. • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and IT infrastructure. • Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving faults. • Respond promptly to service issues and requests, ensuring minimal downtime. • Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation. • Ensure security and compliance with company policies. • Coordinate with vendors and service providers when needed.

Requirements: • Proven experience in IT support, ideally within Fintech, Forex, or BPO environments. • Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, MS Office, networking, and IT hardware. • Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles and remote support tools. • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. • Must be available to join immediately. • UAE experience preferred.
