Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Wireless Platform Operations Manager to lead the operations, performance optimization, and security of enterprise wireless and network infrastructure across UAE and international sites. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in enterprise wireless platforms, operational governance, and SLA-driven service delivery.

Education & Certifications

• B.Tech / BE in IT, Computer Science, or related field
  
• CCIE Wireless (Highly Preferred)
  
• ITIL v3 or v4 Certification
  
• Preferred: Palo Alto, FortiGate, Huawei, Ruckus, Meraki certifications
  

Experience Requirements

• 5 10 years of hands-on experience in large enterprise network environments
  
• Strong expertise in Huawei, Ruckus, and Meraki wireless controllers & access points
  
• Experience with multi-site infrastructure support (LAN/WAN/Wireless)
  
• UAE-based candidate with valid UAE driving license
  
• 8 5 onsite support with on-call availability for critical incidents
  

Technical Skills

Primary: Huawei, Ruckus, Meraki Wireless Controllers & APs, Wireless heatmap planning, coverage optimization

Secondary: FortiGate, Palo Alto, Avaya, HP, VMware NSX/VCF, SD-WAN, Cisco SDA/DNAC, NAC, AWS, Azure

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize enterprise LAN, WAN, and wireless infrastructure
  
• Deploy and administer wireless controllers and access points
  
• Perform proactive monitoring, log analysis, and respond to SOC alerts
  
• Troubleshoot coverage and performance issues; design wireless heatmaps
  
• Execute wired & wireless infrastructure for new projects
  
• Manage Incident, Change, and Problem processes (ITIL aligned)
  
• Oversee vulnerability management and support internal/external audits
  
• Conduct risk assessments and drive service improvement initiatives
  
• Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate documentation
