This role plays a critical part in the pre-sales and solution lifecycle, combining deep domain expertise in warehouse operations with strong consultative and presentation skills to drive customer engagement, solution alignment, and business growth.

Position Description

  • Lead structured discovery engagements with enterprise clients and prospects to evaluate warehouse operations, uncover operational inefficiencies, and define detailed functional and business requirements.
  • Facilitate high-impact solution presentations, interactive product demonstrations, and workshop sessions that clearly articulate platform capabilities aligned to customer business needs.
  • Interpret customer requirements and translate them into practical WMS configurations, optimized workflows, and system-driven operational improvements.
  • Collaborate extensively with commercial, technical, and delivery teams including Sales, Product Management, Business Analysis, and Implementation to ensure seamless solution alignment across the customer journey.
  • Provide subject matter input to product development teams by sharing operational insights, enhancement ideas, and industry-driven functional requirements.
  • Participate in solution architecture discussions, identify functional gaps, and contribute to product roadmap evolution based on client feedback and market requirements.
  • Develop comprehensive solution artefacts including process maps, functional specifications, solution proposals, and responses to RFPs/RFIs.
  • Serve as a warehouse operations specialist across key functional domains such as inbound receiving, outbound dispatch, inventory management, picking methodologies, replenishment planning, cycle counting, and automation-enabled workflows.
  • Lead and support client-facing workshops, requirement validation sessions, and executive-level presentations to ensure alignment across all stakeholders.
  • Promote industry best practices and continuous improvement opportunities within warehouse operations through effective use of WMS technology capabilities.
  • Act as a bridge between pre-sales and implementation teams, ensuring smooth knowledge transfer, solution continuity, and successful downstream execution.
  • Continuously monitor industry advancements in warehouse automation, robotics, digital supply chain transformation, and SaaS-based logistics technologies to ensure solution relevance and innovation.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience within warehouse technology environments, logistics software platforms, supply chain systems, or client-facing solution advisory roles in enterprise settings.
  • Strong operational understanding of warehouse and distribution processes, including inventory control, inbound and outbound movement, order processing, replenishment planning, cycle counting, and end-to-end fulfilment workflows.
  • Practical exposure to configuring and supporting cloud-based logistics solutions, with involvement in pre-sales discussions, client solutions, or system advisory responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated capability in leading customer-facing engagements such as solution walkthroughs, requirement workshops, and executive-level product presentations.
  • Working knowledge of warehouse enablement technologies such as barcode scanning systems, RF handheld devices, automation frameworks, robotics-enabled environments, and automated storage and retrieval systems is highly advantageous.
  • Experience collaborating across multi-disciplinary teams including product development, implementation delivery, and business analysis to translate operational needs into system functionality.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders, facilitate discussions, and clearly articulate complex solutions in a structured manner.
  • Exposure to large-scale enterprise environments and multi-region logistics or supply chain implementations is considered beneficial.
