Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Purpose:

To oversee and manage the daily operations of the workshop, ensuring high-quality service, repair, and maintenance of premium vehicles. The Workshop Supervisor will lead a team of technicians, maintain service standards, ensure timely job completion, and deliver customer satisfaction while upholding brand reputation.


  • Supervise and coordinate daily workshop operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
  • Allocate jobs to technicians and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
  • Ensure compliance with manufacturer guidelines, service standards, and safety regulations.
  • Conduct quality checks on completed jobs before vehicle delivery.
  • Diagnose complex technical issues and provide guidance to the team.
  • Support and mentor workshop staff through training and development.
  • Maintain workshop tools, equipment, and ensure calibration where required.
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards (QHSE).
  • Coordinate with Service Advisors to ensure clear communication of repair progress to customers.
  • Monitor workshop performance KPIs, such as turnaround time, first-time fix rate, and productivity.
  • Handle escalations and resolve technical or customer-related issues.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of repair orders, service records, and warranty claims.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Diploma / Degree in Automotive Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in an automotive workshop, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong background in premium/luxury vehicles (e.g., Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, Porsche, Land Rover, Bentley, etc.).
  • Solid technical knowledge of diagnostics, repair, and maintenance of high-end vehicles.
  • Proficient in using dealer management systems (DMS) and diagnostic tools.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality standards.
