Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise workshop operations and allocate job orders received from service advisors.
- Schedule workload to optimize manpower and productivity.
- Provide technical justifications for additional repairs with cost estimates and secure customer approval.
- Resolve customer complaints to ensure a positive ownership experience.
- Raise material requisitions for additional parts and follow up with advisors.
- Ensure adequate vehicle inflow to achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Promote and sell value-added services, tyres, and accessories.
- Monitor workshop productivity, efficiency, and vehicle turnaround time.
- Achieve "Fix it Right First Time" (FIRFT) targets.
- Ensure timely billing and closing of service orders.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Coach and develop technicians for cross-functional skills.
- Monitor and review subordinate performance regularly.
- Ensure SOPs, workshop standards, and compliance are followed.
- Diploma or Degree in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering.
- 3–7 years of experience as a Workshop Supervisor in the automobile industry (dealer experience preferred).
- Strong organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills.
