Skills Provision is searching for experienced Yacht Captains for a company in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Within the Kingdom the employing company is well known for their water activities on the Red Sea coastline.

For international applicants, visa sponsorship is available.

The Role

• Command luxury yachts, ensuring safety and comfort for passengers and crew.
• Manage sailing operations, including navigation, maintenance, and compliance with international maritime regulations.
• Provide exceptional service to high-net-worth individuals.
• Supervise and coordinate with crew members for smooth onboard operations.
• Plan and execute cruising routes, within Gulf waters.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a yacht Captain, preferably in a luxury setting.
• IYT, RYA, or equivalent certification required.
• Certificate of Competency (COC) from a recognised maritime authority.
• Strong background in navigation, maritime safety, and yacht management.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to cater to VIP s.
• Fluent in English; additional languages would be advantageous.
• Ability to command respect.
• Professional attitude.
