You Will Be Primarily Responsible For

• Understanding Technical Requirements, Business Logics , Calculations and Expectations
• Review and understand specification document, prepare a road map for development process, ensure self testing is documented to ensure smoothdeliveryfrom technical aspect.

You Should Be Well Versed with The Process Of

• Requirement gathering and documentation.
• Business Process Mapping & Yardi Configuration
• Conducting custom functions / proceduresfor reviews
• Doing RCA for any technical issue reported
• Providing accurate data fixes to remove data corruption.
• Providing solutions to user queries and issues
• Conducting trainings

Expectations

• Education background inB.SC Computer Science / IT, Bachelor s in Engg. / MCA is preferred.
• Good knowledge & understanding of SQL.
• Some earlier experience/expertise in Yardi/ERP will be an added advantage.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively with people regardless of their technical skill set.
• Expertise with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Focus on best practices and provide recommendations to clients.
• Candidate should be Open to travel onsite for short term / Long term assignments on need basis Domestic/International.
• Candidate should be open to work in different time zones.
