Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

1. ZOHO Implementation & Customization:
Lead the end-to-end implementation of ZOHO applications, ensuring alignment with organizational requirements and business objectives.

Customize and configure various ZOHO tools (e.g., ZOHO CRM, ZOHO Projects, ZOHO Analytics, ZOHO Books and ZOHO People) to meet the needs of the business.

Work closely with different departments to identify and understand their requirements, and apply tailored ZOHO solutions accordingly.

2. Technical Support for ZOHO:

Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for ZOHO users, resolving issues related to functionality, performance, and system integration.

Act as the primary point of contact for any ZOHO-related technical queries, ensuring prompt resolution of issues to minimize disruption to operations.

Assist users with system queries, setup configurations, and workflow automation in ZOHO applications.

3. System Maintenance and Updates:

Regularly monitor and maintain the ZOHO system to ensure it operates at optimal performance.

Apply necessary updates, patches, and upgrades to ZOHO applications and systems as required.

Work with internal teams to carry out system enhancements and modifications based on business requirements.

4. Integration and Data Management:

Manage the integration of ZOHO with other business systems (e.g., email platforms, accounting software, and third-party applications) to ensure smooth data flow and operational efficiency.

Perform data migration, ensuring data integrity during system changes or ZOHO configurations.

Create and manage reports and dashboards within ZOHO Analytics to support business decision-making.

5. IT Infrastructure Management:

Oversee and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring that all hardware, software, and networks are in good working order.

Provide internal support for IT-related issues, such as network connectivity, hardware failures, software installations, and other technical needs.

Ensure that all IT systems are secure, regularly backed up, and compliant with company policies.

6. User Training and Documentation:

Provide training and guidance to staff on how to effectively use ZOHO applications and internal IT systems.

Prepare and maintain clear documentation of ZOHO processes, workflows, and system configurations for internal reference.

Conduct training sessions to ensure users are familiar with new features, updates, and system changes.

7. IT Security and Compliance:

Implement and enforce IT security protocols to protect organizational data and ensure secure access to ZOHO and other business systems.

Regularly review and update IT security policies to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Maintain proper user permissions, access controls, and data security for both IT systems and ZOHO applications.

8. Collaboration with Stakeholders:

Work closely with business units, management, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and provide effective IT and ZOHO solutions.

Coordinate with external vendors or consultants for advanced customizations or to resolve more complex technical issues.

Provide regular updates and reports on the status of IT and ZOHO projects, as well as system performance and improvement initiatives.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

In-depth knowledge of ZOHO applications (e.g., ZOHO CRM, ZOHO Projects, ZOHO Desk, ZOHO Analytics) and their configuration and customization.

Strong technical skills in IT infrastructure, system administration, and network management.

Experience in troubleshooting and resolving ZOHO-related technical issues.

Solid understanding of data management, integrations, and reporting.

Ability to work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver tailored IT & ZOHO solutions.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and support non-technical users.

Familiarity with IT security best practices and compliance standards.

ZOHO certifications (e.g., ZOHO CRM Certified Consultant) are a plus.

Experience with SQL or other database management systems is advantageous.
