Overview:

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring the successful delivery of integrated media campaigns. Acting as the primary point of contact, you will bridge client expectations with internal teams, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard. This role requires strong relationship management, organization, and commercial awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for client accounts
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverables
• Coordinate with internal teams including media planning, creative, and digital
• Present campaign strategies, updates, and performance reports to clients
• Identify opportunities to grow accounts and upsell services
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention
