Roles & Responsibilities

Role & responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring successful onboarding, ongoing support, and long-term retention.
  • Oversee budgeting, invoicing, and financial reporting for assigned accounts, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
  • Negotiate contract terms, renewals, and service agreements to maintain mutually beneficial client partnerships.
  • Analyze financial statements, account performance reports, and operational data to support decision-making and strategy alignment.

Preferred candidate profile:

  • Minimum of 3- 5 years of experience in client account management, sales, or business development.
  • Strong knowledge of financial statements, budgeting practices, and account management processes.
  • Proven ability to maintain and grow client relationships, negotiate contracts, and meet sales or revenue goals.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and accounting or ERP systems or any other softwares.
  • Bachelors degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or Management (minimum requirement).
