Roles & Responsibilities

Job Role: Account Manager

Work Location: Dubai, UAE


  • Drive revenue through proactive outreach to existing accounts and overachieve upsell targets.

  • Understand and analyse customeru2019s business needs, technical requirements and current challenges. Position the right offering accordingly, highlighting the relevant product capabilities to demonstrate values.

  • Possess deep product knowledge of Zoho products with an ability to show product demos as needed.

  • Build and manage the entire sales cycle from qualifying to scoping opportunity. Build relationships, retain, negotiate and close business.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and arrest churn.


Requirements

  • 2-3 years of business development experience from a software/SaaS background targeting mid to large sized companies.

  • Prior experience in selling enterprise applications such as CRM, ERP, Accounting and HRMS is preferred.

  • Proven track record of growing business from existing customer accounts and consistently exceeding revenue targets

  • Ability to deliver effective presentations and product demos highlighting the key value proposition

  • Strong communication, interpersonal and consultative skills

  • Comfortable working independently in a distributed and remote environment

  • Comfortable using tools such as CRM for process management and reporting.
