Available Vacancies in Admin / Accounts / Supply Chain:

1. Accountant

- Minimum experience of 3 years in AP/AR, and Inventory.

- Experience in Odoo, Zoho Books, and Zoho Inventory is a plus+

2. Sr. Admin assistant / Executive Assistant:

- Minimum experience of 3 years

- Experience in HR admin, supply chain, and bookkeeping is a plus+

- Experience in digital marketing, SEO, or Social Media (SMM) is plus+

3. Logistics coordinator / Supply Chain Specialist / Warehouse Manager

- Minimum experience of 3 years

- Manage international suppliers and sea freight

4. Purchase Engineer / Procurement Engineer

- Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including order creation, manufacturer/supplier communication, and supplier relationship management.

-Collaborate closely with production engineering (OEM/ODM/OBM) and product development teams to ensure timely material availability.

-Monitor sea freight imports, clearance procedures, transportation logistics, and stock levels to maintain optimal inventory.

-Minimum experience of 3 years.

- Manage international suppliers and sea freight is must.
