Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee all accounting functions related to lubricant sales, purchase, and general accounting, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, including profit and loss, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, specific to the lubricant business.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, providing financial insights and analysis specific to the lubricant business.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing, payment reconciliation, and customer credit management related to lubricant transactions.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Holds a professional accounting certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrates a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in accounting, ideally within the lubricants or related industry.
  • Exhibits a strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal controls.
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Exhibits strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
