Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

Handling correspondence (phone calls, emails, mail), managing calendars and scheduling meetings, preparing documents and reports, and maintaining filing systems.



Office Management:

Overseeing office supplies and equipment, ensuring the office is well-maintained, and coordinating with vendors and service providers.



Record Keeping:

Maintaining accurate records of financial information, personnel data, and other important documents.



Communication & Coordination:

Serving as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel, and facilitating communication between different departments.



Event Coordination:

Assisting with the planning and execution of office events, meetings, and other functions.

Basic Bookkeeping & Budgeting:

Supporting basic bookkeeping tasks, managing expenses, and potentially tracking budgets.



Key Skills:

Organization:

Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.


Communication:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with a diverse range of individuals.


Problem-Solving:

Ability to identify and resolve issues independently and efficiently.


Technical Proficiency:

Competence in using office software (word processing, spreadsheets, email) and basic computer systems.


Customer Service:

Ability to provide excellent service to both internal and external clients.
